Andria is a leading growth expert and transformational innovator who has successfully driven strategic growth at 5 Fortune 1000 companies in the intensely competitive CPG space in over 35 categories across personal care, food and beverage.

She has built two Innovation Centers of Excellence from scratch in her roles as Vice President of Innovation & Strategy at Sara Lee and Vice President of Innovation & Consumer Insights at Johnsonville.

Andria has a proven track record of success at both public and private companies ranging in revenue from $1 Billion to $20 Billion. These top tier companies include: Sara Lee, Kimberly Clark, Kellogg, Keebler, Alberto Culver, M&M/Mars and Johnsonville. 

After 20+ years of delivering transformational growth for brands like Sara Lee, Cheez-It, Huggies, St. Ives, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, Ball Park, and Johnsonville, Andria has synthesized her career learnings and developed her own proven approach to deliver growth. This industry leading approach has been published by McGraw-Hill in the Journey to Innovation Excellence chapter of the Global Innovation Science Handbook.  

Andria shares her validated approach to growth and her wealth of first hand experience by providing advisory services to companies looking to accelerate growth, serving on boards, and speaking on cutting edge topics in the industry.

Rick’s 20-year career has spanned industries and marketing disciplines, delivering growth for large and small brands at world-class companies.  

He most recently held the role of Director of Innovation at Johnsonville, where he was responsible for developing and launching the company’s long-term pipeline of new products.  

 

Previously, Rick was the Senior Brand Manager of Innovation for the Cheese Business Unit at Kraft Foods, building the innovation strategy and pipeline for Kraft Natural Cheese, Kraft Singles and Velveeta.

 

Rick spent 10 years at Heinz North America leading brand growth for Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, Heinz 57 Sauce, Classico Pasta Sauces and Weight Watchers Smart Ones Frozen Meals.

 

Prior to his grocery food experience, Rick validated, developed and launched the first cosmetic contact lens brand for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in the U.S., Canada, South America, Europe, Japan and China.  He began his packaged goods career at RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company in brand management roles on the Camel and Winston brands.  

 

Rick is a RIVA-trained focus group moderator and teaches concept writing to marketers to maximize success in new product concept testing.

Ella is a Purdue University student, studying Animal Science with a concentration in Products in the College of Agriculture, and a minor in Spanish. At Purdue, she is a member of the Honors College, an interscholastic learning-living community designed to bring students from different backgrounds and majors together to create new knowledge and innovations. She is also a Dean’s Scholar in the College of Agriculture and a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship and the George and Jean Thrasher ANSC TP Scholarship.

In high school, she was a member of the National Honors Society, an Illinois State Scholar, and graduated in the top 10% of her class at St. Francis High School. Scoring a 34 on her ACT, Ella excels in reading and writing, and she enjoys putting her skills to use in creative writing, essays, and informative articles. She had numerous leadership roles in and out of the classroom, including student managing the boys’ and girls’ varsity volleyball teams and co-facilitating open houses for St. Francis.

She spends her summers and downtime volunteering and working in order to support herself through college, including swim instructing and volleyball refereeing through the Wheaton Park District and private nannying and babysitting. Using her knowledge from her continuing education in animal sciences and products, she is able to offer an insight into the ever-changing landscape of the food industry.
